General
Welcome to Darksaber at www.darksaber.win. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Imendil, the operator of Darksaber ("we", "us", or "Operator"). By accessing or using Darksaber, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Darksaber after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy
Your use of Darksaber is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Darksaber. If you are under 18, you may use paid subscription features only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Darksaber is not directed to children under 13.
Account
To access certain features, you must sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Darksaber account. Do not share your account or attempt to access another user's account without permission.
When you link an ally code to your account, you represent that it belongs to you or that you have permission to use it. Ally code changes may be subject to cooldown periods shown in the application.
Service description
Darksaber is a fan-made tool for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes players. It provides GAC attack planning, counter search, defensive squad suggestions, Conquest feat planning, and related informational features. All content is provided for personal, non-commercial use to assist with in-game planning.

darksaber.win is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA Capital Games, Disney, Lucasfilm Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries.
Star Wars™, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes™, and related names, logos, characters, and game assets are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. Darksaber is an independent fan project and is not an official EA, Disney, or Lucasfilm product.
Third-party game data
Darksaber displays game-related data obtained through SWGOH Comlink and GAHistory (Grand Arena battle history). This data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that counters, stats, roster information, or other game-related content is correct or suitable for competitive play. You use this information at your own risk.
Subscriptions and payments
When paid subscriptions are enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement where applicable. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing or subscription features with notice where required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Darksaber for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Darksaber, other accounts, or our infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the service in a way that burdens or disrupts it
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Darksaber, EA, Disney, or Lucasfilm
- Reverse engineer, copy, or commercially redistribute Darksaber's software or content except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users' use of it
Intellectual property
The Darksaber website, application code, and original UI are © 2026 Imendil and licensed under the MIT License where applicable. Star Wars and SWGOH game assets, names, and data belong to their respective owners. Darksaber uses data obtained through SWGOH Comlink (MIT License) and GAHistory for Grand Arena battle information. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Disclaimer of warranties
DARKSABER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GAME-RELATED INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMENDIL AND DARKSABER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE DARKSABER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR EUR 50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Darksaber at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide you with rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
